Tickets are non-returnable. Refunds will only be available if the Festival is cancelled. The performers and advertised attractions are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are cancelled.

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, you may choose to retain your ticket for the rescheduled date or opt for a refund

• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID along with your festival ticket for entry.
• Festival wristbands will be issued at the entrance and must be worn at all times inside the festival.
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid festival wristband and is subject to security checks.
• All attendees are subject to mandatory security screening before entry. Please cooperate with festival staff and security personnel at all times.
• Respect fellow festival-goers, artists, staff, local residents, and the environment.
• Goa Sunsplash has a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs, violence, harassment, and abusive behaviour.
• Please drink responsibly and stay hydrated throughout the festival. Help us keep the beach clean by using designated waste bins and avoiding littering.
• Children are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Goa Sunsplash is pet-friendly. Pets must remain on a leash, be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Swimming in the sea is at your own risk. Please follow all beach safety advisories and lifeguard instructions.
• Wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and take breaks in shaded areas when needed.
• Food, beverages, and official merchandise are available from authorised festival vendors only.
• Artist line-ups and performance schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
• Professional photography, videography, drones, and commercial filming require prior media accreditation.
• Please respect the privacy of other guests when taking photos or videos.
• In case of an emergency, immediately contact the nearest festival staff member or security personnel.
• By entering the festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
