No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Our products are made in limited quantities and, in some cases, produced on a made-to-order basis. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after checkout.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We will only consider replacements (not refunds) in the following cases:

You receive an item that is damaged during transit, or

You receive an incorrect item (wrong product or size)
To be eligible for a replacement:

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refund Processing
